Jiangsu KLY Wraps Up the 15th Guangrao Tire Exhibition with Great Success
In May 2025, the 15th China (Guangrao) International Rubber Tire and Auto Parts Exhibition grandly opened. As one of the most internationally influential professional exhibitions in the industry, it attracted numerous top enterprises from around the globe to Guangrao to discuss green development and technological innovation. Jiangsu KLY, a technological pioneer in the field of gas-powered internal combustion generators and gas purification systems, made a stunning appearance with its cutting-edge achievements, comprehensively showcasing its latest technologies and solutions in green energy equipment and the resourceful utilization of waste tires.
PART 1: Focusing on Gas-Power Cogeneration — A New Path to Source-Based Carbon Reduction
At this exhibition, KLY prominently presented its gas power generation system based on the electromagnetic heating pyrolysis furnace process. This project is the first of its kind in China to be successfully implemented and to operate stably. It was launched at a company in Liaoning by the end of 2024 and has performed impressively. According to data, each cubic meter of tire pyrolysis gas can generate approximately 3.5 kWh of electricity. Based on current industrial electricity rates, this can save companies about 2.8 RMB per cubic meter, truly realizing the transformation of “resources into energy” and providing high-energy-consuming enterprises with sustainable and stable green momentum.
Self-sufficiency in energy is not only a cost-reduction strategy but also a key driver for capacity release and improved recycling efficiency. Pyrolysis gas power generation helps enterprises fundamentally resolve electricity supply bottlenecks while ensuring continuous processing of by-products like carbon black, reclaimed rubber, and pyrolysis oil.
PART 2: Independently Developed Core Equipment — Advancing High-End Intelligent Manufacturing
During the exhibition, the KLY booth attracted a high volume of visitors, including representatives from various sectors such as tire manufacturing, pyrolysis recycling, reclaimed rubber, and deep processing of carbon black. The efficient pyrolysis gas power generation system and intelligent energy solutions on display drew significant interest, with many attendees inquiring about equipment performance, operating costs, and real-world application results.
Numerous clients expressed strong interest in collaboration after in-depth discussions, looking forward to partnering with KLY to explore pathways for green and low-carbon transformation. The booth was bustling with technical consultations and business negotiations, reflecting the company's strong appeal and influence in the field of tire-to-energy utilization.
Waste tires, while offering high-value by-products through pyrolysis, demand robust energy assurance. KLY is committed to creating a closed-loop energy system that empowers the entire processing chain, from raw material treatment to deep processing.
Through close collaboration with clients, KLY has achieved successful project implementations, demonstrating both economic and ecological value. For enterprises with stable gas supplies, KLY’s customized solutions not only deliver impressive power generation results but also greatly enhance capacity utilization and resource recycling efficiency.
At the exhibition, KLY’s technical team engaged deeply with multiple tire manufacturing and recycling companies, offering replicable and scalable innovative models for the industry.
PART 3: Empowering Green Transformation — Building a Circular Economy Ecosystem Together
Tire pyrolysis gas, also known as non-condensable gas, mainly consists of hydrogen, methane, ethane, ethylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide. Its calorific value typically exceeds 8000 kcal.
This high-energy gas, after desulfurization and purification, is stored and pressure-stabilized in gas tanks or buffers, then transported through pipelines to an internal combustion engine. There, it is mixed with air in precise ratios, combusted to generate high-temperature, high-pressure gas that drives pistons. The reciprocating motion of the pistons is then converted into rotary motion via a crankshaft, which powers the generator.
Jiangsu KLY
As a leading manufacturer of energy equipment, Jiangsu KLY has been deeply involved in the gas-powered internal combustion generator field for many years. The company has independently developed a series of products ranging from 300 to 5000 kW, widely applicable across various industrial scenarios. Using China’s leading in-cylinder mixing and direct injection technology, KLY effectively enhances combustion efficiency and operational stability.
Notably, the 4000 kW gas-powered internal combustion engine launched in 2021 was listed by the National Energy Administration as a “First-Set Major Technological Equipment in the Energy Sector,” marking a significant step forward in domestic high-end energy equipment development.
At the same time, KLY continues to innovate in system integration, forming comprehensive solutions centered on “gas purification + internal combustion power generation + intelligent operation & maintenance.” These systems offer flexible design, high operational efficiency, and easy maintenance. Through scientific monitoring and adjustment of operational parameters, KLY ensures long-term stable operation and helps enterprises transition to refined energy management.
