Ⅰ.The high efficiency of the electromagnetic heating cracking furnace is mainly reflected in its unique heating method, precise temperature control, energy conservation and environmental protection, as well as wide applicability.

Ⅱ.The use of electromagnetic heating cracking furnaces to crack waste tires and rubber powder has the following advantages:

1.Rapid temperature rise

It can reach the target temperature within seconds without preheating, significantly reducing the cracking reaction time. Local precise heating, which only heats the target material, reduces heat loss and is suitable for continuous production.

2.Precise temperature control

To enhance reaction efficiency and product quality, by adjusting the frequency of the electromagnetic field, real-time and precise temperature control (within ±1℃) can be achieved, avoiding side reactions (such as excessive cracking or coking) caused by temperature fluctuations in traditional heating methods. The electromagnetic field distribution is uniform, and the consistency of material heating is high. It is particularly suitable for the cracking of complex organic substances sensitive to temperature (such as plastics and rubber), and can improve the yield and purity of target products (such as fuel oil and gas).

3.Energy conservation and low operating costs

Efficient energy utilization, direct heating of materials, and reduction of energy waste. If waste tires are cracked, carbon black, steel wire, cracked oil and a large amount of cracked gas can be produced. Carbon black, steel wire and cracking oil can be supplied to upstream manufacturers, and cracking gas can be used for power generation. After desulfurization and purification, the pyrolysis gas can be used for power generation in internal combustion engines. One cubic meter of gas can generate 3.5 to 4.5 kilowatt-hours of electricity. The electricity generated can be used in the production of the factory area, providing energy support in the early grinding and later carbon black granulation production processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

4.Reduce emissions and pollution

The cracking gas produced by the cracking furnace, after purification, is used for power generation in internal combustion engines. The initial emission of NOx from internal combustion engines is 250mg/m³, and it can be directly discharged after simple denitrification (meeting environmental protection requirements).

5.Low investment and short payback period

The investment scale of electromagnetic heating cracking furnaces and the corresponding cracking gas power generation equipment is lower than that of traditional continuous gas furnaces, which is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving. In addition to the income from carbon black, steel wire and cracking oil, enterprises can also directly use the desulfurization and purification of cracking gas for power generation, which can achieve dual income for the enterprises.

Through technological innovation, the electromagnetic heating cracking furnace significantly outperforms traditional equipment in terms of energy efficiency, environmental protection, product quality and automation level, and is particularly suitable for the field of high-value-added waste resource utilization. With the advancement of clean production policies and the decline in the cost of electromagnetic technology, its high efficiency will further promote its application in the circular economy.
